- Open up Internet Explorer (Internet Explorer 7 Users please be advisded this may not work for you. If it does not please see below directions.)
- In your address bar type ftp.msdallas.com or simply click on the link
- When prompted enter the username and password given to you by your MS Dallas Representative. If you do not have a username and password you can either contact your sales representative or click here to submit a request for a FTP account.
- Once connected you can drag the files that you want to upload to the window and the uploading will start.
Submit your MS Dallas order:
- Once the files have finished uploading Review our Terms and Conditions.

Fill in your order information. (some information is required, and the form will prompt you if you forgot to fill out an important field)

Press the 'Send Form' bar to create a new email from your email application with a compressed FDF attachment containing your order data. You may include additional information and file attachments in the body of your email.

If you make a mistake while filling out the form, just press the 'Reset Form' bar and it will be back to it's clean state.

You can keep the original PDF file you downloaded, and just hit the reset bar every time you want to reuse the form- quick and easy!
Internet Explorer 7.0 Users:
- Open up Windows explorer. This is different then Internet Explorer. Most users can open up Windows Explorer by clicking on the My Computer icon on the desktop.
- In the address bar type ftp.msdallas.com
- If you do not have an address bar when viewing My Computer at the top click View>Tool Bars>Address Bar and make sure a check mark is next to Address Bar
- When prompted enter the username and password given to you by your MS Dallas Representative. If you do not have a username and password you can either contact your sales representative or visit us online at http://www.msdallas.com/account
- Once connected you can drag the files that you want to upload to the window and the uploading will start.
Troubleshooting:
- If you are having issues uploading using the above method MS Dallas recommends using a FTP program to upload files. There are many FTP programs out there and one free Windows program is Filezilla which you can find by clicking here.
